20230114. Stadion Marathon Stockholm.
Ran a half marathon this year, partly slippery but finished in 1:42.
20220205. Februarimaran.
A marathon around lake Byttorp. Uneven and snowy 42.2 km, in summer shoes without spikes.
20230218. Karlstad 6-timmars.
A 6 hour indoor ultra on a hard 200 m track. Lots of laps and sore legs.
Received an award from Marathonsällskapet for having completed ten marathons. This became my 12:th marathon.
20230416. Viadal Ultra 6-timmars.
A 6 hour ultra at Viadal, on their own course. They also arrange a six day ultra race there. Finished sixth with 56.778 km. Second best result ever, for U18 in Sweden.
A 5 km road race. Took a wrong turn, but finished third in 21:29.
20230506. Hultsfred Backyard Ultra.
All well during this Backyard. Finished happy after twelve laps and 80.472 km, and a shared third place. This was also my 15:th marathon.
Which is absolutely nothing compared to the man in front below, Lennart Skoog. He did his 1025:th(!) marathon in Hultsfred, and still counting.
20230527. Billingen Trail Marathon.
Ran the full distance this year as well, roughly 45 km.
20230617. Viadal Ultra 6h Night.
A six hour night race. Got into trouble half way, but managed to run at the end. Finshed first with 55 km.
20230701. Läckövarvet.
Started in the 5.6 km race this year, finished first in 23:26.
20230721. Kraftprovet.
Entered Dubbelprovet this year, running both Slussprovet 6.3 km and Kraftprovet 11.6 km at the same event. After completing Kraftprovet they told me I finished first in Slussprovet U18, but missed the prize ceremony because it took place when I was running Kraftprovet. Finished twelfth overall in Dubbelprovet.
20230708. Skövde Ultrafestival.
This was supposed to be my first 24 hour ultra, but my stomach had other ideas. Had to give up and finished with 78.135 km.
20230805. Personliga Rekordens Backyard.
PRB in Växjö. Did fifteen laps and set a new PB with 100.590 km.
20230902. Nässjö 6-timmars.
A 6 hour ultra around lake Ingsberg in Nässjö. Finished second with 38 laps and 61.041 km.
This was also my twentieth marathon.
20230923. Viadal Ultra 24-timmars.
My first completed 24 hour ultra. Had issues during the night but managed to overcome those and could run towards the end. Finished fifth with a new PB of 141.432 km.
20231231. Sylvesterloppet.
As usual, the last race of the year was Gothenburg Sylvester 10 km road race. Finished in 42:58.
